In response to requests from several clients, we have established a dedicated support team specialising in providing premium logistical support for all types of events - exhibitions, conferences, trade or recruitment fairs etc.
The team has recently worked on events for government organisations like the Financial Services Authority and the Countryside Agency, and blue chip companies such as Barclays Capital and EMAP publishing travelling all over the UK and Europe.
We offer a truly bespoke service highly flexible and tailored to our client’s individual need.
You might expect a premium product like this to cost the earth - but, because we specialise in pre-planned and scheduled events, the team operates at maximum efficiency.
This enables us to offer an extremely competitive tariff - comparable with regular express courier mileage rates. In most cases we would include basic stand build and breakdown within the delivery charge.

Overnight and air courier rates might first appear reasonable, but can prove less so when sending multiple heavyweight items such as stands and publications - as rates are calculated on weight and delivery time, rather than distance.
Perhaps more worryingly, a typical overnight consignment might travel on at least four different vehicles (and/or aircraft!) and pass through three or more depots en route. This considerably increases the risk of loss or damage. We use one vehicle only from door to door. We guarantee a direct drive to and from the event with no transfers.
Some of our clients have found that our build and breakdown service now allows them to travel on the morning of the event, and leave the show in good time to return home the same evening. They have time to prepare for the show without worrying about assembling stands and sorting publications. After spending many hours on the stand, at closing time they simply leave everything to us and go home!
